The photos below were taken at the sendoff and family ceremonies for Charlie Company, First Battalion, 102nd Infantry. Among the National Guardsmen in the photos below is 1LT Rick Marshal, who is also a 1LT in the First Company. In addition to his upcoming service abroad, LT Marshal has just completed participation in a Homeland Security operation as part of Operation Noble Eagle.
